Shipping Policy

Delivery charges, if applicable over and above the price of the Product, will be specified at the time of placing an Order, at the stage of checkout.

Please note that for few locations and Orders, MRPL does not undertake delivery of Products, and it relies on its delivery and logistics partners and courier services (“Delivery Partners”) to deliver its Products to Users.

Please note that delivery shall be made only to Customers located in specific locations and areas. Customers are required to check whether their location will be serviced by MRPL before placing an Order. Kindly do not place an Order or make payment for the same if you require delivery at any location/State not covered by us.

Please ensure that a complete and correct delivery address, including pin code and contact information, are provided by you, to ensure hassle free delivery. In case incorrect or incomplete address is provided because of which MRPL is unable to deliver the Products to you, the Order shall stand cancelled and the provisions of the Cancellation policy shall be applicable.

Please note that certain categories of Products have different lead-times for delivery due to the nature of the Product. Do check the delivery timelines for each Product while placing the order.

MRPL shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods in the event of flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of MRPL.

Please note that neither will MRPL be responsible for, nor will it compensate for any mental agony or inconvenience, or loss caused due to delay in delivery for any reason.

Any claims regarding Order delivery (including non-receipt/non-delivery/partial delivery of the Products) are required to be notified to MRPL within 72 hours from the purported date of delivery reflecting on the Site. In case of your failure to notify us of the non-receipt, partial delivery or non-delivery within the time period specified, MRPL shall be entitled to consider the delivery to be a deemed delivery in respect of that transaction. MRPL disclaims any liability or responsibility for claims regarding non-delivery, partial delivery or non-receipt of Order after 72 hours from the purported date of delivery of Product reflecting on our records.

In the event of non-delivery of the Products to You, MRPL’s liability shall be limited only to the refund of the exact amount paid by you for the purchase of the Product. However, MRPL shall not be liable for any amount or for refund if purchase has been fraudulently made from Customer’s account.

Title to the Product as well as risk of loss shall pass to the Customer, upon the Product being handed over to the Delivery Partner by MRPL.
